This experience has taught me this past year that it takes about a good 3.5 - 4 months to get somebody out and transition to a new renter.

I have some cash stashed away, a potential partner with cash stashed away, and would like to transition from the learning phase to the learning by doing phase of my journey (I have no interest in hands-off investing with others).From what I have seen so far, BP will be a great community to become a part of for my goals, and I am looking forward to the journey!

Prior to this change, I was a CRE Loan Officer providing nationwide loans, so I have contacts all over the US.It has been quite a transition and I have worked very hard to gain the trust of whoever I work with, whether it be on the lending side, purchase and sales, leasing, etc.
