@James O Nix I look for low crime rate and average income along with supply and demand.

For operating profit, I then subtract the costs of running my business - marketing, sales, rent, office supplies, etc.  

If heating is supplied to the space via ductwork...

Does anyone out there have a resource for discounted piece pricing on bulk orders of plumbing supplies?

@Patrick Isaac  - I use Cosmos for supplying the granite or quartz. 

He has provided in-depth college plans resulting in increased financial aid, scholarships, identification of the right schools at the right price, and better loans.Here are my take aways• Coverdell has low contribution limits (2k per year) but the good thing is that it can be used for a wider range of education expenses• 529 is State sponsored and some states have special breaks based on where you live• Do the Coverdell first and then the 529 in most cases• Tuition, fees, computer, room and board, prescribed supplies, and groceries.

(For that matter, DWV plumbing is much more complex than electricity or water supply, but I digress.) 

The small up front cost for the machine ($300-$1200) and the whole sale purchases of supplies (alibaba or other dropshippers) is peanuts compared to how much you can make from this thing long term.
