Even if I don't provide a built-in microwave, should I add a 20amp circuit for the tenant (we have to upgrade service and move panel regardless so "the hood will be up"). 

I am curious if anyone in the area who flips homes would be able to tell me if installing rooftop solar using the PACE program is a good investment to overall value of the home?

The garage(single) was converted to a so so living room which has beautiful paneling and ugly carpet but we can over look that simple issue.
