AND the original flooring in kitchen, dining and bathroom was ceramic tile, which means this flooring is an obvious upgrade.Didn't care.I showed them I am selling this condo for the highest price I've ever seen in this complex, at this size and bedrooms.

Also, zillow is pretty notorious for being inaccurate with estimating value, I would look at homes recently sold in the area (you can find that info on a website like realtor.com) that are similar in bed/bath, size, and condition to get a better idea.

Compare the size and condition of the unit that sold three weeks ago (hopefully the photos are online from the MLS listing) to the unit you're looking at.If the unit from three weeks ago is fully-renovated, looks great and is nicer than the one you're looking at then factor that in.
