*Property is in Cincinnati, OH. Any Biggerpocketers from this area who know the rental market rate, it would be greatly appreciated to hear your thoughts.*

Criteria:

1. Cash Flow: $100/unit/mo

2. ROI: >12%

3. Appreciation: >15% in 10 years

4. Monthly Rent: 1-2% of value of home
