Hello,I'm looking to analyze a beach property in Nicaragua, considering its potential as a rental, vacation, and retirement home.

I would assume areas where there are higher price to rent ratios, there may be more rental properties on the market, driving rental prices down.  

For my 3-unit I currently use Rental Partners and Centerbeam Construction which are run by the same person.

I'm not having any luck selling it so I'm thinking of pivoting to a midterm and short term rental as a buddy of mine has had some success with his house in Paris Mountain and the 09 zip code in Greenville.

I'm an investor in Columbus OH myself and have purchased rentals that are clean BRRRRs and hit the 1% rule.

I only have 1 rental and it's a JRADU so not sure what I really need.

It will cover whatever happens for your rental and your auto even your primary residence.

This is not working for the utilities are eating up the rental income (in addition to the mortgage).
