Right now I've looked at Lansing, Rockford, Grand Rapids, Traverse City, and Kalamazoo as possibilities.

National vs local can be very different.I don’t foresee a real estate market decline, I don’t think that values will continue to rise as rapidly as they currently are but I also don’t see a decline in the near future.

Even in the last two months we've watched development and interest move toward us rapidly since clearing and activity began on the new Home Office location down the street.

The marketers who are supplying inventory tend to make things sound easier than they actually are and things can get rapidly frustrating for new investors.
