I mentioned before I have a little rehab company for some self-employed income. 2 guys I know bought some property that needed both rehab and on-site mgmt.

I made a dollar an hour for shoveling gravel or cleaning up job sites...lol

haha I was 3 in 85I did pay a bit for the two seats (18k), but based on the current prices (Ebay, Stubhub, Ticketliquidator, and a few other sites I checked out) I should expect to pull anywhere from $200-$400 profit per seat per game (not including crappy preseasons, of course), so that's 3200-6400 a season.

If Seller fails to perform for any reason, all loan, sales, & closing costs incurred by any party will be the responsibility of Seller; and Earnest money will be returned to Buyer; and Buyer may enforce this Agreement through an action for specific performance, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover court costs and attorney fees.
