It needed a new HVAC, plumbing issues, electrical issues, floors, walls, doors, paint, and I was converting the garage into an additional bedroom/bathroom.

It’s an old building and sits on at least 8 inches of a concrete slab (what I have seen visually during some landscape work.)The structure does not have plumbing, and I would want  plumbing roughed in for 1 bath, kitchen and washer.

They have bathrooms and, since they are modular, I figure they can easily be wired and plumbed to separate meters.

Hi guys,Ive been getting plumbing leaks every 2-3 years in one of my rental , that create mold and it cost me each time 3k or 10 K to fix and get rid of the mold.What do you think about installing a leak alarm so to speak?

No one else  cares if the plumbing leaks.You are going to need to charge enough so you won't get upset about the small stuff.

Set an early goal to find the most reasonable plumbing company in your area and a reasonable HVAC guy (or gal).

New electrical, plumbing, moved kitchen to create open living, updated both bathrooms and turned original kitchen into third bedroom.
