Oil companies may also have a tie in with the equipment lease.The absolute best situation is to own the real estate, own the operating business, own the equipment, and have no long term contract with any gasoline provider, in a heavily trafficed location with no direct competition, and a high volume dealership.

Each lender has slightly different criteria for their refi products as they pertain to cash-out vs rate and term, title seasoning, reserves etc.I recommend talking to a local bank, a regional bank, a credit union, and a mortgage broker who has a variety of products.

I've scoured ROAM, the County Clerk's office, google, linkedin, and a variety of other websites trying to find office or contact information. 

But, I am fortunate to have family and friends around me who would be willing to participate in an investment with me and a close friend (recent graduate as well) taking the lead. 

I'm not going to even bother looking at their site.....you don't get an unsecured cash line of credit for $60k without some substantial/decent financials, and a business history.....period.
