They will schedule delivery separately from everything else, so we can get those at a discount with our HD order, but get them delivered at the end of the project when we're ready for them.Again, all these things take lots of time to get right, and are a major pain in the butt under you get the processes in place, but if you put in the effort to create these processes, in a year or two or three, you'll be very glad you did.Btw, I'm not trying to brag in these posts about how easy things are for us -- they haven't always been this easy.

They basically have to retool every time they switch colors, and it's a pain in the butt.Also, tan is a safe color that is sure to offend nobody... if someone really wants a wall to be more colorful, they can paint it themselves.

Renting from a distance is a pain, if you chose to, by all means hire a management company, it will cost you, but I would never try to do it without one. rents are on the move upward, so you may be able to generate some income from it while your holding onto it, as long as maintaining the property doesn't get you.

I've written to the site administrators about this very issue, I'm proud of the 4 properties I've financed and my partner and I have refurbished and sold in less than a year and the three we're working on now.
