Do you change to an entirely different mail package at the end of each campaign?

anyone know how I can get this book without buying the other book that this one comes as a package with?

Last year I did two package loans, one of them had 28 units across 20 properties all under one loan. 

I have a Louisiana lease package I'm happy to send you.

I recently put a package of 5 homes under contract.  4 of them are in my current target area on the MO side, but there is one KCK home in this zip.  

They also pay for access to other tools we get (Authentisign, Realist for all tax data, all neatly wrapped up in a package for us).

I 2nd Bulldog -- I invest heavily in KCMO and have used them extensively -- I typically do the "investor inspection" package -- cheaper and looks for the most expensive items (foundation, roof, appliances, etc).  

And because you have those disclosure packages, you know most of what is wrong with those properties, stuff that (if you're doing BRRRR right) isn't wrong with your property. 

@Chris Claro, Yep and as far as the 1031 goes you'll be able when you are ready after renting them for a while to either sell as one package of 4 condos to an investor to start one 1031 exchange.  

I see that they have several packages.
