In Ohio it's probably seasonal?

Recently heard that state of Ohio is a good place to invest if you are looking for a cashflow market.

Just the cost of doing business in an up and coming niche.I’ve considered building a reference tool for my local area, but my primary county has 56 different municipalities each with different rules, we cover 6 counties, and Ohio has 88 counties.

It’s a lot I can speak on about my situation of this but I know it wasn’t handled properly.. and partly bc I HAD to get an attorney to evict.. but oh well :)

@Nathan Wierzgac - oh man - I think I know which property you are talking about.

the other one is if a tenant calls and says "my AC is not working" and I give them some things to try (clean filter etc) and they still want me to call repair person and the repair person says 'oh look its due to the filter being dirty" then I charge the tenant for that too (sometimes I split it 50/50)  But I try to be fair and I never charge a tenant if there is any ambiguity. 

I am under contract to purchase a few properties in Willard Ohio. 

I have another property right across the street, and I don't want them to start targeting it if they learn I own it as well.Also, when this older guy asked my tenant for money, she said he bumped his waist with his elbow and made the comment "oh I just bumped my gun."

Can anyone recommend me a good lawyer in the stow, oh area to look over my lease and other legal documents?

> 1000, 2bd+/1bth+, made 1950+) and I see where there's more volume in specific states (like Texas or Ohio for example); with this parameter I can exclude quiet a few states because I dont see any hardly volume on Zillow given my parameters above.
