Every system you try will have flaws, or you may salivate over a feature that appears in other software.Some familiar names are mentioned frequently: Stessa, Apartments.com, RentRedi, TenantCloud, Innago, RentManager, Avail, Rentec Direct, Doorloop, etc.I recommend conducting thorough research on each app online to understand their offerings, pricing, etc.

Don't worry, flights would essentially be free (I have tons of points and credit card churn), and I’d have a free place to stay when I am working in California.If you're interested in out-of-state investing, I can provide insights into the Louisville, Kentucky market.

I am wondering if anyone has any insight on which areas of Memphis to avoid and if it has been saturated as looking online it appears there are a TON of rentals up for grabs and wondering if that is due to rental numbers going down or if it is just a larger city that has more supply.

Be aware that it is a hot market in PR (still hot) and sellers shy away from offers that are not all cash.
