Purchase a business that is offered with the real estate.

At that point, you'd be offering your buyers a deal that is not available on MLS. 

Person/Company buys house and is offered 5-20k to let someone else have the house.

Offer hard cash for everything they lose every month they lose it, that MIGHt protect you.

I think the majority of the confusion likely comes from the fact that most all of the builders that have inventory on our marketplace are offering unique incentives like extensive rate buy downs, free PM & maintenance guarantees, up to 10% price reductions or up to 10% cash back, etc.

Is this what you want to offer to your renters going forward into the future until the end of service life of these units?

I think what is becoming more and more important is having a solid investment thesis and understanding of your target market and the value proposition you are offering to your customers through your properties.
