I had a slightly similar situation a number of years ago. 

Situation:1- W2 employee making $230000-$300000 a year. 2- owned 2 properties under personal name, 1 in LLCWhat are the best way to get tax benefits ?

Especially if we have multiple turnover in one day.

However, there are multiple programs that I utilize for my clients that give a savvy investor extra credit if the market rents fall below in-place rents - that extra credit comes in the form of 110% of the market rent being used for underwriting. 

Not a great situation.

In my situation, I always look at my heloc as temporary financing until I can get a long term solution.

Multiple, billion dollar companies are investing heavy in our area, such as Intel, Google, and Amazon.

The issue is typically when there are multiple leases and it looks like rent by the room.

I've had interesting experiences with multiple companies offering DSCR's.

@Ruchit Patel...depending on ages of the people in your family, the reverse mortgage is usually a tool to help with this type of situation.
