I plan to invest in the UK first as it will be easier for me to set up a LLC (Ltd.) and sign for an account as it is only about a two hours flight from Copenhagen to London.

there is now a Vegas to Concord run that my wife was telling me was only 150 a seat one way.. not exactly private aviation.. but somewhat in between..the Cirrus Jet is pretty cool I had a deposit on one of those but with the down turn .. and me getting older single pilot in the flight levels was no longer an option.. :)

It stuck me as odd to need to buy a 20 or 50 pack for two mornings worth of coffee.

I thought it was weird because the property hit MLS Wednesday morning, we had offer in by noon.

I still have a vivid memory of a Saturday morning showing years ago where they just came over because the house was listed as vacant!
