My experience in countries and cities that depend heavily on tourism has been excellent (Mexico, Greece, Thailand, New Orleans, Galveston). my visits to places less dependent on tourism have been more mixed.

There is a tech gap with some seniors.

Tech goes a long way with STR.

I live south of I-80 in Peotone so I would love to get started somewhere between my home and the city, but have gotten a lot of mixed reviews on many of these neighborhoods

Or do you want to have a mix of some real estate, some 401k $ you can draw on as needed etc. 

To me, it seems like an exclusive contract for such tech to get this information before anyone else in your area is a gold mine, but then again, I'm not a wholesaler.Thanks for the input.

But a lot of owners are going to be older and not tech or up with the tech / computer social media stuffwith the post card i guess being the easiest since it tends to be turn key for the beginner..

I've worked in the park since I was a kid doing everything from office and tech to scrapping concrete to be refinished.

Another odd one- I paid off a 10 unit mixed-use a few years ago.
