The policy has a loss of rent clause. it also has a clause for personal property ($25K but not sure what that is for as she doesn't have anything in there except waterheater, stove/oven, HVAC), Liability ($300K), and Medical ($5K per person, $25K per accident).

Hello,  i have posted before. probobly about a year ago. im still trying. basiclly i still need to move further south Rochester/ Barrington/ Farmington, NH area. plus north or south by 20 miles. we have house to sell further north so we would have money down. we are flexible just need to get down further south. yes mostly for medical reasons but several other reasons as well. owner financing/ creative financing. current home that we will be selling was owner financed and it is paid in full. thank you!

With Lubbock not being terribly big, I see a ton of areas do really well with rentals targeted at students and medical professionals!
