What do you think?
Hello all.
I live in Orange County, CA. I am stuck here for a while and I currently work as a Registered Nurse, working 3 days a week. I love real estate. I am a hard worker and have worked 3 jobs before. Is real estate something that is sustainable to do 4 days a week? I know I can handle it if I can do it part time. However, I want to see what you have to say about where this county is going. I know currently, many people are leaving this area. Therefore, do you think it is sustainable? I would love to hear great steps to take if you have any advice. So many people LOVE California, aside for the taxes and possibly other reasons, I feel like there is hope for this area. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.

Hello Kristin,
When you say you want to work in RE 4 days a week are you referring to as working as an Agent, Flipper, buy and hold? If your looking to network with like minded individuals? My team and I host monthly meet up in Anaheim Ca at Karl Strauss. If your interested in learning more about our meet up send me a DM and I will send you all the details.
