That just seems like not enough to me given the risk that a roof will blow off or some other major problem.

25k a year is probably barely enough to live on as a single individual let alone invest or support a family.Your easiest way to invest is to earn more.To earn say 25k a year likely requires around 300k invested money assuming you’re not doing major rehabs and/or experiencing a lot of appreciation.

If anything, it just causes major frustration. 

There's a different risk factor for those.Overall, I do feel like the highly experienced investors are underserved by lenders right now and that there isn't really a good product out there for them. 

My property manager handles minor events and I respond with decisions for major events such as a repair that exceeds $1K.

Once I have the majority of my bookings coming direct, I can then ditch the subscription model and just go pay per booking with VRBO, and not be too dependent on them or AirBNB.

No one ever need to enroll in a program or buy a product in order to get funding from us.

Obviously this will be my first time land lording any major hurdles or suggestions to research on this topic?
