If you have a provision of the sort I would have the tenant provide you with access to the security feed and keep them on the property.

Hi Ned thanks for the feed back I saw it a webinar and was curious if any one had any info on  it.

Then when you get the feed back that they feel heard, suggest they contact the tenant in a non-emotional time and see what they can work out after the emotions have subsided.

@Fe Kelly I was reading through the feed and there is so much great advice that was given.

In full disclosure, I have never been a wholesaler who not sure I am the right person to teach someone but I would like to get some boots on the ground helping me find good deals to feed my flipping and BRRR strategies.
