Appraisers are humans and have bad days. 

There is more than houses and properties, there are human beings. 

The human touch tends to pay off if you have it!

The others you throw away or work on them to conform to your business model.There are certain parts with technology that can be automated in the future but a majority want a human component with service.Maybe in 20 to 30 years those generations will want to do everything on their own.

You want to treat your tenants like humans and allow them to be comfortable. 

However, 90% of the people on BP will never take action, as quoted by Brandon Turner himself.It is human nature to doubt what you can get for free, while placing high emphasis on seminars, courses, tapes, books, etc., while getting charged thousands.Thus, when you are scammed out of thousands........you would have learned a valuable lesson and will remember for life.Terry

An appraisal is generated by a human.... humans have opinions, biases, make mistakes, don't care, get busy, etc etc.... could be lower, higher or what you expected. 

But human nature and self discipline comes into play here.
