Check public data like the assessor website.5. check on zillow or Realtor what the houses in the area are selling for.6.

(duhh, they found me from google on my website)..

Hey Out of State Investors,What are the BEST free websites that will give you zip codes demographic data (income, crime, schools, job market, job growth etc...)?

That guy seems like he has got a lot of energy by looking at the website for podcast and such. just by looking at it for minute, he is going way deeper in the weeds with it than I ever want to go.. plus I am not at all interested in assisting peoples living.

Get a website first and foremost.Do SEO,Make it credible, then drive traffic to the site via DDM/PPC/Dancing For Dollars (D4D), what ever have you.That is the short version of course but that is the best way to start and you won't get overwhelmed starting.You are VVelcome!
