The asset was purchased for $20.2 million with assumed fixed Fannie Mae debt at 4.91% (term through 3/2034).There was a good bit of understandable discussion about the terms…how we mitigate risk for ourselves and investors.

I invest in mid to upper-income areas where good credit scores and high earners aren't hard to find. 

I don't think they'll make good wholesalers.I know 1 that works at Starbucks now, another started a house cleaning business.

You guys think this is a good deal?  

Testing them out see how it goes, but initial experience has been very good.

With one good in season rental week it pretty much pays for itself to have 3% fee all year.  

I didn't expect the floors to be as good as new but I did expect there to be a stop in the progression of the problem.
