So, my knowledge is extremely limited but I will share my strategy thus far.

Even though this isn't my first time buying a home, I am still extremely nervous and eager to pursue my goal. 

There are SO many scams originating out of Nigeria that your chance at having found something legitimate are extremely slim.

Hello all, I want to thank you ahead of time for any input, I think best out loud and this is a good substitute. 

Big Bear is extremely busy with families and skiers vacationing all winter.

You own 2 houses on one extremely large lot.

Before that, A & B were fighting over the parking, and B told A to "F" off and refused to speak to them, B purposely made loud noises to disturb A, childish behavior like that.  

Vinyl plank, it looks like wood but is extremely durable.  

We are both extremely driven and have been successful in business ownership for years.
