If there is a project next door to another job they already are doing, they can complete it with no equipment drop, so they should bid lower...but how much lower?

If this tenant bails too soon, you have the optionality to wrap the cost in to the next tenants rent, or end the lease and re-install your old equipment.

Apparently, they used to house to grow cannabis, they left piles of dirt, tons of pots and grow equipment, and basically clogged all the tubs and sink drains.
