Most DC/NOVA investors I come across think its easy to make high returns and its not in Baltimore.

March through May/June are the peak months, however, so there will definitely be more competition, but hopefully that leads to more buyers as well.Hopefully you are using a realtor to sell so you're on HAR and all the aggregated websites, have professional photography, and are making it easy to show or set appointments.

They are usually easy to work with and will explain everything to you step by step.

My current bank is super easy to work with I just give them the numbers and they do all the work.

Fees should be clearly stated, easy to understand, and justifiable.

would this be my better option.For the 1st floor I might just add the hookup  in the unit, because I have easy access to the basement and the unit has space for a stackable unit.
