There is no structure, no scheme, no method, no ploy to hide and be the owner of real property, the judge will simply ask or demand disclosure and what ever you did will fall apart.It also looks bad to the judge, why all the hiding tactics, especially if there isn't some valid reason apart from normal business owners, why, are they doing something they need to hide from?

Cons: It's very expensive (I pay $1400/month for 2 users. 1 user is $1,200 and I think the price significantly increased since I've signed a contracts in Feb); cap rate and sale comps info is missing (I'm active in TX which is a non-disclosure state); once signed, you are locked for a year.

haha, and i am buyer , i feel bad for real estate agent sometimes, they work hard still get so little, buyer think re agent is rich especially if the agrent drive a nice car lol this is why when i transact to real estate agent, i show my bank account first, show my million above pre-qualification , and then even said to them, you don't need to go to with me to the house, dont waste your gas money and time , i am still only exploring, but please just send me property inspecton disclosure.

You need to be transparent and include your disclosures in both the Purchase Agreement and Assignment contract; have a lawyer look them over if you need to.
