Should I use the next 5 to 7 years to de-leverage my commercial notes agressivley?

I took a leap of faith and left the health care industry to attend real estate school in January 2020 and received my real estate license for the state of Delaware in March 2020 (three weeks before the pandemic shutdown). 

I have family in Marysville and Delaware and in Dayton so that is why I am more interested in these areas.

He is well versed with the area, and has completed many flips throughout Delaware county.
