Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Vail.

Located in one of the most sought after subdivisions (nestled in a cul-de-sac) in the Lake Norman area.
4bd/3b, 2-story, Owner's suite on main flr., 2-car garage with a long driveway (able to accommodate 4 - 5 cars).

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I inherited this property.

My biggest challenge is with the 3 dated bathrooms, and if it would benefit me to update them before renting the property.
