I mostly dabbled into stock investing but I find it somewhat boring.For me there is just too much to learn in REI and I really like challenges plus I like to kind of get active out there and get my hands dirty.My gameplan isGet into buy and hold Single Family Residential and mobile homes Investing whether locally or in emerging markets out of State.Build cash and then invest into Small Multi-Family residentsHopefully after building even more cash then invest into apartments, commercial property, raw lands, and mobile home parks.I'm open to connecting with like minded people to share knowledge and maybe potentially collaborate with.
