There are also prohibited transactions, self dealing issues of a loan originator or an RMLO financing their own property, it's rather hard to show you have no vested interest in extending that credit, so compliance becomes more critical.

Here in CT for non-payment I try to stay on top of it as far as meeting dates and getting marshalls to serve because time is critical.
