Might be a coincidence, but 2.125 is exactly (to the penny) the adjustment that would be incurred if it was originated as owner occupied, and the underwriter had reason to believe it was actually a rental property.

(what most people who complain about don't realize is that the city has a relativley low sales tax - which is barly noticable because it's just pennies on every purchase you make, however it benefits the residents more so than a property owner; I would call that poor tax marketing - would be a smart political move to flip that).
