Best suburbs to invest in SFH in Milwaukee, WI

What are your best Milwaukee suburbs for SFHs and why? If it’s because of your team and not the real estate necessarily, I’d still be open hearing about it. Thanks all!

@Zarak Sharwani I would be surprised if you could cashflow anything in a higher end suburb given the price to rent ratio. I agree with the last post and targeting some of the area in and around the city but not in really bad areas. Think West Allis and Washington Heights where prices aren’t out of hand and you can fetch a decent rent. Probably a lot of areas on the south side as well I’m just not as familiar with them.
