Trying to get a ballpark estimate of numbers to: A) Buy a manufactured home (newer than 1976 - not too fancy)B) Transport the mobile home (50 miles)C) Connect to city utilities.

We are trying to buy a mobile home park. 

We will have about $225k left over after closing costs and we're thinking about increasing our living space a bit since we're now all confined home(workplaces being remote) and are bursting at the seams.  

As I build report, he was living in a mobile home behind his parents house and wanted to move but didn’t have any money and the parents wanted the mobile home out.

@Jayming FangI’ve considered paying for a mobile hotspot on a month to month basis and using a wireless security system like Simplisafe or Ring while working on a house.
