Hey BP family - I need some help.  I have a mobile home that I'd like to purchase in upstate NY.  My in-laws would live there, so I am looking for owner occupant financing.  It is located in a very nice MHP which owns the lot.  This would be a lot lease situation and does not include any land in the purchase.  Who can refer me to a lender who can finance this type of property?
