I'd be super careful about using Facebook groups...there are a ton of people who will lie and say they are a buyer, but they are just trying to daisychain it.Agree with @Bryant Brislin, I would also recommend looking for sold flips in the area and contacting the agents who handled those sales, offering them the deal to see if their clients are interested in more opportunities.

You should speak to attorney about this option.If you really want the home and want to avoid the drama then you should review the report, see if the items are something you can handle on your own and either close on the home AS IS or ask for a price reduction then close AS IS.
