Why is that because everyone is looking for a GET RICH QUICK and it just isn't so.Sorry, but I manage my own and they are pretty much self managed because of how I run my business.I do know some, but I would not recommend them.

They aren't a quick, get rich investment but NAR never sold anyone that bill of goods.
