I am an Associate Broker and I have been approached by my Broker which owns the independent Brokerage in purchasing the business.

In July of 2023 I went at it again, this time my dive was into growing my RE agent business.

My wife and I are Realtors and have completed two fix and flips and are about to start on our third.We have an investor and his wife who want to fund a fix and flip as silent partners and split the profits from the project while my wife and I will provide the sweat equity.Our investor and his wife have a new LLC that they intend to run their real estate investments through, and my wife and I have an LLC that we run our real estate business through.We have never done a partnership deal like this and have a few questions:1.  

Always take well-considered risks and never fail to learn from both successes and failures.

If anybody out here, has any advice or resources for building, credit personally, and for your business specifically, I’d so appreciate it.Give thanks!

Plan to be busy next year.

You must run this as a completely seperate business. 

No problem buying one for myself, but as a business decision I operate out of those or really natural disaster risk zones.
