I have all BP email from the keyword alerts filtered into a folder, then check through them every so often (deleting most of them).I think @Micah Redden's doing a "second Tuesday" pattern, but he'd have to verify that.

I can then reconcile my bank account easily, and also sort/filter the spreadsheet to organize the data by property, which I then cut out and paste into a separate excel for each property.
