Obviously aesthetics will need to be gone over between renters.

In the last 6 months however the mosaic backsplash with a quartz composite countertop trend has swept in and taken over everywhere around town.The issue I'm finding is that there are so many color and design options with the mosaic backsplashes that they can be headache-inducing after about 5 minutes if they're not done well.

We also have a lawn care biz and web design biz to pay some living expenses while we're socking away on debt.

Both those things would add to the aesthetic appeal of the place.

One of the more interesting ideas I saw was a guy who had an artist design and draw eye-catching bandit signs and them have them printed.

I can't seem to find any good solution that is designed more for a small portfolio rental property owner, and not for a property management company.
