If you were to hire an administrative assistant to manage the properties for you and find you new tenants do they have the resources in marketing, leasing and financial operations of a property?

I am a retired Air Force Vet and currently work for the Food and Drug Administration.

I have a Bachelors in Business Administration from Western Washington University with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Spanish.

But also think of ways you can provide value to them (administration type work, working on flips for free) to prove how serious you are. 

HUD contracts are typically set up for either an OCAF increase annually or a budget-based increase.You need to find out who the local contract administrator is and follow up with them.

However, she just sent me a revised PA that has a $375 Administrative Brokerage Commission.  

They may share administrative functions, share in loans and servicing, block loans together creating a larger portfolio for pricing or management reasons like risk management.

Could be a real opportunity, even if there is nothing more you can do than the driveway for now, you or a new buyer could maybe do more in the future should zoning rules change or more flexible administrations run the town/county. 

I think in chapter 13 they have to pay going forward and i can make an administrative claim for back rent that is ahead of secured creditors.I prefer then to leave and I'll forget the back rent.What are my options?

After 12 years of practice, I've decided the never ending administrative demands & perpetual focus on billing that I'd be much more fulfilled doing something for myself.
