tenant filled chapter 13

I have a tenant who did not pay rent last month. I filed eviction last week the next day the tenant filled chapter 13. I am okay with them staying if they pay rent and have a plan for the back rent. I think in chapter 13 they have to pay going forward and i can make an administrative claim for back rent that is ahead of secured creditors. I prefer then to leave and I'll forget the back rent. What are my options? What do I need to do next?
