Hello BP community new investor who is interested in finding a multi family in Easton if you are an investor friendly real estate agent or investors I am interested in speaking with you in terms of your experience and knowledge of this area and any advice in investing in Easton in terms of area, type of multi families, great community banks or credit to get financing etc.

Currently, I’m in the process of developing a 3 bedroom single family house with my friend who is a general contractor.

So... a friend of mine and I are thinking about doing a deal together.

Very interested in who is doing quality work, consistently and is investor friendly in Baltimore MD.  

However, I've found friendly  agents her on BP and they have been so kind to me.

The current proposals are only STR friendly if the property is owner occupied. 

Hi @Kanishk Dayal, I recently worked with one located in Clifton, NJ for a flip I was working on in Bergen County, very good, friendly and best price among several I called.  

Anish,Investing 600K to get $100 cash flow doesn't sound to me like a good plan :)I think you can invest it much more efficient if you just look out of state.It will give you a much better price to rent ratio, plus in many states, laws are landlord friendly and not tenants friendly as in CA.If you want to learn more about out of state investments please feel free to check this meet up group:meetup.com/Los-Gatos-Real-Estate-Networking-Meetup/
