My sister and I just converted from oil to gas for our twin duplex in Lansdale PA (I'm originally from that area).

They are nice people after all.However, my wife was stuck in the HA waiting room one day and overheard a conversation between two sisters (one was there to support the other one) ; "you don't need to tell them how much you earn - none of their damn business to know your business - tell your boss that you need to put a lower amount on the income proof form".As a landlord, I have no problems helping someone through the S8 program, but I do have a big problem when our tax money is given to someone who doesn't need it - and our house is used for that scam.

Just last week I had someone who worked in his sisters personal care home who brought his documentation that showed his monthly income with NO taxes, FICA, social security, etc. taken out (and he stated he was an employee, not a contractor with her) and again, the amount he made was exactly three times my rent.3.

My sister and I split $1600 month rent and I could not be happier.

So I am in the process of evaluating an application from 2 sisters who will be on the lease and living together.
