Another soffit/bulkhead goes through off the truck line in bedroom 4 to the kitchen in the great room, but I don't really care about that.All bedroom vents are 6x10".

If you can find a 2-4 unit in your budget you can live in one unit and the tenants in the other units should be paying your loan on it, and then some!
