I have experience hosting my own Airbnb property with much success.

Hi @Emerald McGinnis.There is a party on Sunday before the conference starts, but you would have had to RSVP to that already.There is a party on Monday, hosted by @Chris Clothier and Memphis Invest for all conference attendees.

Another great option is to track down some hosts around you and just ask them about occupancy, etc.

Mark Owens hosts a Friday lunch every week in Baltimore that may be of interest. 

It seems ironic that we are hosting the cocktail party on Monday night, ha!
