The issue is the past 3 years the estate has not been properly maintained, and would require near $100,000.00 to get the Roof, Electrical, Plumbing, and wood work up to code and at a desirable insurance policy. 

You will be surprised how the buyers come out of the woodwork when you have a solid deal to present them.

Then there is this over the top aquarium with some elabortate woodwork. 

Reading this we are not as badly impacted as some folks out there and I'll be intrigued to see what else, and who else comes out of the wood work.

Also, lead paint will add an additional margin to work being done.On the plus side, you'll often find woodwork, stained glass, and other ornamental work that's quite valuable.

If you have partners coming out of the woodwork, you can command a little more in the deal.

Damage from urine spray usually only happens from cats who are not fixed.Declawing will also protect your woodwork and carpet from potential damages, however, the practice is viewed as inhumane by more and more folks because the cats' fingertips are actually cropped.

The damage they cause when they spray on the carpet, blinds, woodwork etc,,, is almost impossible to remove.
