I'm looking to have my property rezoned as well and I'm wondering if you were able to accomplish yours?

Almost daily I get a phone call of: "Hey, I am calling on your property listed for rent (that they are obviously reading because that's how they got my #), I was wondering, is it available?". 

If what you're doing is so wonderfully pure and I'm just too stupid to understand your mastery of the industry why do you have to constantly lie, mischaracterize and misrepresent to raise money?
